No user accounts

The current MerchQuill tools do not require account creation, profile data, or a customer database. Calculator inputs and SKU inputs are processed in the browser and are not submitted to a MerchQuill application server.

Local image checks

The Image Resolution Checker reads supported image files in your browser to obtain dimensions and related print calculations. The selected image is not uploaded to MerchQuill for analysis or storage.

Hosting and security logs

Hosting, network, and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, requested URLs, and diagnostic or security logs as needed to deliver and protect the site.

Analytics, ads, and affiliate tracking

MerchQuill uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as page visits, referral sources, general location, device type, operating system, and browser information. This helps us understand which tools are useful and improve the site.

MerchQuill also offers optional Google Analytics measurement. Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose “Accept analytics” in the consent notice. If you reject optional analytics, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. If you later change your choice to reject analytics, future Google Analytics measurement is disabled and MerchQuill attempts to remove its Google Analytics cookies from the current site.

When Google Analytics is enabled, MerchQuill measures page views and a small set of tool-use events. Our custom analytics events do not send calculator input values, generated SKU values, selected images, or file names. Google may process ordinary technical and usage information as part of providing Analytics.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and change that choice at any time.

This release does not include advertising SDKs, remarketing, advertising personalization, or affiliate tracking. Google Ads storage and advertising personalization signals are disabled in the MerchQuill analytics configuration.
