A plain-language summary of how the current MerchQuill tools site handles information.

Last updated: August 22, 2026

No user accounts

The current MerchQuill tools do not require account creation, profile data, or a customer database. Calculator inputs and SKU inputs are processed in the browser and are not submitted to a MerchQuill application server.

Local image checks

The Image Resolution Checker reads supported image files in your browser to obtain dimensions and related print calculations. The selected image is not uploaded to MerchQuill for analysis or storage.

Hosting and security logs

Hosting, network, and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, requested URLs, and diagnostic or security logs as needed to deliver and protect the site.

Analytics, ads, and affiliate tracking

MerchQuill uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as page visits, referral sources, general location, device type, operating system, and browser information. This helps us understand which tools are useful and improve the site.

MerchQuill does not currently use this analytics data to create user accounts or individual customer profiles. Vercel may process ordinary traffic, usage, and service-generated information as part of providing its hosting and analytics services.

This release does not currently include advertising SDKs, remarketing trackers, or affiliate tracking. If advertising, affiliate tracking, email collection, or additional analytics services are enabled later, this notice will be updated to describe the active services.

More information about Vercel's data practices is available in the Vercel Privacy Notice.
